Simply return your purchase to us, and please let us know why you were dissatisfied—it will help us to provide better products and services in the future. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
 

What do I do if I get a defective item?

Contact customer service and we’ll immediately ship a replacement. Damaged or defective books and DVDs do not need to be returned, unless it’s a global product issue that we need to inspect and/or get back and return to the manufacturer in order to receive credit.
 

How do I do an exchange?

Contact customer service and they’ll provide you with instructions and/or instructions are included on the packing slip you receive with your order.
 

When will I get my refund?
